Rodeo Fitness Club was born in 2021. The mission: Improve Mental Health through Community, Movement, and Challenge.
We offer an all inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. We understand that stepping into a gym for the first time can be pretty intimidating at first. Our coaches and our members go the extra Mile to make you feel part of the Rodeo Fitness Family and we all help each other achieve our individual goals. When you begin training in our classes, you will feel part of a team of like minded people who want you to succeed. Our Dark room (Lights out) and uplifting music sets the Vibe for you to forget about your stressors and really connect you to your Class. We take Pride in making sure you feel amazing after every Class. approach to health and wellness.
We have a team of certified Personal Trainers that will be with your every step of the way. Your coach is your motivator, your form corrector, and your biggest Cheerleader in every class. Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey, or have experience in the gym, our Coaches make sure you are well equipped to get the results you desire. We offer Coaching in more ways than most fitness clubs. Nutrition Coaching. Habit Coaching. 1:1 Personal training. What ever your goal is, we have coaching that can help get you there.
Our classes have been said to be the most fun and motivating the industry. Some of our members have close to 500 classes under their belt. And they continue to show up every single week. We offer Strength based classes, Conditioning Classes, and Spin Classes.
⁃ Bootcamp (Strength + Muscle Building): Our bootcamps are designed to build lean muscle utilizing functional training methods. Classes are taught and designed by our certified Head Coach
⁃ Frenzy (Conditioning): Frenzy is one of our most popular classes. This is where we get the heart rate up, and get extra sweaty. Find yourself in a team based workout that keeps you motivated and inspired to push your limits
⁃ Spin Class: Are you searching for an endorphin rush? Look no further than Club Spin! Shake up your system with some heart pumping music that will improve your lung capacity, build your endurance, and keep your immune a system strong and ready for battle. Club spin will have you smiling the entire class! This is the most fun you will ever have, while doing Cardio!
