Meet with our Nutrition Specialist to find out what type of nutrition plan will best suit your needs and goals. Leave this orientation feeling confident in your nutrition decisions with a plan in hand.
Now that you have had your questions answered, talked about your goals, and have a nutrition plan in place you are ready to START the Challenge! Attend 3 classes a week, follow your nutrition plan.
While you dedicate yourself to this Challenge, be sure to use our Accountability and Support networks. We are here to HELP and to SUPPORT, you are never alone!
Attend your classes, follow the nutrition plan and utilize the supports we have in place and you WILL see the RESULTS! We cannot wait to be by your side as you accomplish things you didn't know you were capable of!
